Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description
Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement. Train and support production staff on processes and equipment. Lead and support Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Ensure production procedures efficiently utilize materials, methods, and personnel. Consult with manufacturing to resolve questions or misunderstandings. Schedule, complete, and document routine maintenance on applicable manufacturing and test equipment. Assist with quality control to ensure the correctness of the product. Diagnose root cause analysis of manufacturing defects and coordinate corrective actions. Perform cost/benefit analysis to determine opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
