Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a client in the manufacturing industry looking to hire a Manufacturing Engineer! Great opportunity to learn new processes and equipment, further develop your skill set, and advance inside a manufacturing company.

Qualifications

Must Have:

• 3-5+ years of experience in engineering.
• Analytical/data driven mindset and applications – someone that has examples of using spreadsheets to identify gaps, being able to identify and repurpose scrap, breaking down run rates, etc…
• Basic knowledge of Lean/CI/Process Improvement.
• Basic knowledge of quality – root cause analysis.

Strongly Preferred:

• Metals manufacturing
• Experience with tooling design and fixture design 
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or Metallurgy
