This company has been established for over 70 years with customers in the Aerospace, Defense, and medical device industries. This position will work with a team to analyze products and methods to innovate new and existing operations.

responsibilities:
- Ensure product stability and support manufacturing by designing robust process capabilities, establishing standards, and continually improving the manufacturing process.
- Optimize & innovate manufacturing, production process, machine operations, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with engineers, manufacturing & other departments to troubleshoot production needs.
- Upgrade systems and processes with new technology.
- Meet customer deadlines on quotes.
- Design & develop manufacturing process, tooling/fixture, work instructions, and CNC program
qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
