Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, specializing in milled parts, with a track record of increasing responsibility.
At least 5 years of hands-on machining experience or equivalent.
Demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to Lean Manufacturing principles, including driving initiatives such as "Lean factory" transformation and "Standardized Work."
Proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously; familiarity with MS Project is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Skilled in blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation.
Experience programming for 5-axis machining centers is required. Familiarity with platforms such as Okuma MU-series and Mazak I-series machines is a plus.
Hands-on experience machining a variety of materials, including aluminum, titanium, and stainless steels, for complex milled parts.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM programming for CNC milled parts (experience with Siemens NX preferred). Fluent in G&M Code programming.
Strong knowledge of cutting tools and workholding, including selection, design, and implementation. Experience with quick-change and automation tooling/workholding systems is a plus.
Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, with the ability to create efficient CNC programs for complex milled components.
Ability to mentor and provide direction to other manufacturing engineers.
