Job Description: Manufacturing Engineer [2nd Shift]
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to support our 2nd shift production, focusing on robotics and automation. This role is ideal for intermediate level candidates with a experience in robotics programming, PLC troubleshooting, and manufacturing engineering support. Flexibility in shift hours is offered, with primary hours from 2pm to 11pm. Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and triage issues with robotic welding production.
- Edit and troubleshoot code to identify and correct errors.
- Act as a liaison between 1st and 3rd shifts regarding issues and status updates.
- Run manufacturing engineering projects and collect data from off-shift teams.
- PLC or programming experience in school or work.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and create detailed documentation.
- Experience in manufacturing engineering support, continuous improvement, and process improvement.
- 0-2 years of experience, potentially from a robotics programming training program.
- Aptitude to learn ABB programming language.
- Mechanical skills.
