Job Description
  • Analyze and enhance current manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency
  • Lead projects for new products and technologies, managing costs and vendor relationships
  • Address challenges related to people, processes, and equipment with strong problem-solving skills
  • Engage in fixture and tool design, along with some process engineering responsibilities
  • Document and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and cycle times
  • Develop financial justifications for equipment and process changes
  • Gather and analyze factory data to identify areas for process improvement
  • Meet performance metrics related to safety, quality, cost, and productivity
  • Foster relationships with customers and vendors

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role
  • Proficiency in manufacturing processes and related technical applications
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Strong practical understanding of LEAN/Continuous Improvement
What's on Offer
  • Base salary $85,000 - $95,000 depending on level of experience
