Manufacturing Scheduler Job at GrowTech Industries, LLC in Phoenix

GTI Energy is seeking a Manufacturing Scheduler to support operations at the Phoenix, AZ location. This role will be responsible for interfacing with the Project Management and Operations team to schedule work being completed. With this, the Manufacturing Scheduler will work closely alongside the inventory team to ensure materials are received to allow for on-time production.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, scheduling and coordinating production of the company’s products.

• Evaluating raw materials and equipment to ensure everything is in place for production.

• Reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper management.

• Handling production disruptions and productivity problems.

• Using market forecasts and competitive analysis to anticipate necessary production changes.

• Analyze historical production data to effectively schedule upcoming projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree in a related field of work.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
• At least 4 years' experience in a production planner/manufacturing scheduler role.
• High attention to detail while still adhering to project deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact/collaborate with various departments and customers.
