Experienced in change management with respect to Mfg. process. Strong verbal and communication skills to co-ordinate among several team members and departments within Mfg. & Engg. Strong Project Management skills. Able to understand and work within a Matrix organization. Experienced in CAPEX projects. Experienced in LEAN manufacturing for factory process. Experienced in implementing process improvements in Mfg. Operations. Understand and hands-on experience on production floor planning. Experienced in creating plan roadmap, track and manage blueprints for product manufacturing.
