Currently in 2 90,000+ sq. ft. facility with 50+ CNC machines supporting production for high mix/ low volume projects.This company believes strongly in the development of their people, and expect this role to grow into a leadership position down the line - average tenure being 20+ years for full time employments.Job DescriptionQuoting new work for customersDevelops and authors process of record for close tolerance tooling, providing documentation and process control points as necessaryEvaluates current manufacturing processes and prescribe improvementsRequires customer contact both to assist sales in answering customer questions as well as contacting the customer with problems and print question in the pre-contract stages or during production as they ariseParticipates in the final review process to match cost accounting and estimate and advise the sales force of any problems encounteredLeads projects for customs in a one off tool shop as scheduled, including documentation of estimated cost versus actual costManages day to day orders with customers and suppliersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
