POSITION SUMMARY
Perform a broad range of responsibilities requiring a high degree of dexterity and the ability to operate manufacturing machines, hand or power tools and run computer operated machinery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work from traveler instructions, procedures, drawings and/or verbal instructions to complete production work.
- May set up, and operate production line or different machines, running and monitoring output of machine.
- Perform functions of an assembly line process.
- Perform deburring, straightening and sanding of parts to specifications.
- Maintain accurate and clear documentation and records and/or logs.
- May monitor technical equipment or do practical work.
- Assess quality of product output and identify flaws.
- Move material throughout the work area.
- Maintain clean and orderly work environment.
- Demonstrates ability to appear for work on time, follow directions from a supervisor, interact well with co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures, comply with company policies and procedures, goals and objectives, and accepts constructive feedback.
- Other duties as assigned, requested or needed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or General Education Development (GED).
- 6 months manufacturing experience or equivalent of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Ability understand and follow standard operating and safety procedures.
- Read and comprehend verbal and written instructions.
- Knowledge of hand tools and equipment used in production.

Pay Rate: The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience with the industry, education, geographic location, etc.
