We are seeking a Parts Finisher responsible for using hand and power tools to safely and efficiently finish parts to customer specifications. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to meet shipment deadlines. Strong communication and listening skills, as well as a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, are essential.1st shift available. M-F 7a.m. - 3:30 p.m.Responsibilities:Safely operate hand and power tools to cut, trim, grind, file, polish, de-burr, and sand surfaces of parts as specified by customer requirements.Perform visual inspections to ensure finished parts meet quality standards.Use calibrated tools to measure dimensions accurately.Complete and maintain required documentation and records.Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to company safety protocols.Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMSkills:Knowledge of safe tool handling and finishing techniques.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.Education:High SchoolExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Proficient in basic math skills.Interested candidates should submit their resume immediately.Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
