Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Location: Batavia, OH
Shift: 2nd Shift, 6:00 pm – 6:00 am (12-hour shift)
Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour, based on experience, plus a $1.00 shift differential
Schedule: A-B Shift (alternating schedule: one week working 3 days, the next week 4 days)
Start Date: October 5th

Position Overview:

The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment. The individual will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, modifying, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance on all plant production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely maintain, rebuild, repair, and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
• Modify and adjust production equipment to meet operational requirements.
• Move equipment as needed for operational or maintenance purposes.
• Collaborate with the operations team to support continuous improvement and optimization of plant processes.
• Adhere to all safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
