MRINetwork Jobs is hiring: Solar Project and Manufacturing Engineer in Burlingto

Our client is a North American leader in manufacturing high-quality solar panels. They are focused on innovation and quality to help drive renewable energy solutions.

The Solar Project and Manufacturing Engineer will focus on improving production processes and managing projects to boost manufacturing efficiency. You’ll work closely with different teams to design and implement systems that reduce downtime, ensure smooth production, and meet quality standards. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to manage multiple projects, while developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), and Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEAs) for new production lines.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field equivalent experience as a maintenance technician
• 3 years of experience in automation in a manufacturing setting
• Expertise in process optimization, equipment layout, and workflow improvement
• Experience in solar manufacturing or renewable energy is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Solid understanding of safety systems design

Salary Range: $75 - $90k + DOE
