Responsibilities:
⦁ Meet imposed deadlines, coordinate efforts for achieving and maintaining audit readiness and ensure that company Operating procedures and practices are in compliance with all applicable industry standards.
⦁ Own and manage new product introduction and industrialization life cycle.
⦁ Act as the main hub between R&D, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to manage the agile and effect launch of new products and formulations.
⦁ Understand technical equipment and process capability to streamline bench to batch workflow.
⦁ Coordinate and monitor scale up activities (i.e. production process instructions and standard times, order of addition, quality specification alignment, etc)
⦁ Monitors plant procedures, plant processes, equipment maintenance and makes informed process/equipment improvement recommendations to achieve safety, production, and efficiency goals recommendations for improved operations.
⦁ Using Continuous Improvement techniques, recommend and implement projects that reduce cost, increase value, and improve quality; develop and evaluate Lean/Six-Sigma opportunities and coordinate and assist in implementation of approved opportunities.
⦁ Deliver timely and effective technical support to address immediate or long-term operational issues.
⦁ Review production data routinely to ensure accuracy and analyze for improvements.
⦁ Prepares SOPs for engineering functions, production operations, plant processes, and general procedures.
⦁ Prepares and organizes engineering drawings and standards for buildings, equipment and processes.
⦁ Ensure that all Safety, Health and Environmental systems are upheld to ensure environmental compliance and safety.
⦁ Follows and enforces all safety policies and procedures including use of safety equipment (PPE) and equipment safeguards. Works to advance and promote the safety culture of the company.
⦁ Actively support the company's strategic initiatives in support of the company's mission and vision.
⦁ Provides engineering assistance to other departments as needed.
⦁ Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
⦁ Bachelor's Degree: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field (Required)
⦁ or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required.
⦁ Minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
⦁ Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
⦁ Minimum of 3 years of experience in personnel management experience for workers in manufacturing
⦁ Strong working knowledge of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations
⦁ Strong organizational and project management skills.
⦁ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
⦁ Proven experience related to production management in the manufacturing industry.
⦁ Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
⦁ Strong communication skills and attention to detail
⦁ Excellent organizational, time management skills, and leadership skills
⦁ Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
⦁ Ability to coach and motivate employees.
⦁ Proven record in training employees about safety and production
⦁ In-depth knowledge of process improvement methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
⦁ Proficiency in process mapping tools and data analysis software for identifying opportunities for optimization.
⦁ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
⦁ Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute process improvement initiatives.
⦁ Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present process improvement recommendations.

**Must be willing to relocate/commute to a surrounding OneH2 location if required (within a 10-50 mile radius from Longview, NC). This may be discussed during the interview.
