Systems Developer & IT Specialist
Are you an innovative IT professional with a knack for creating efficient systems that drive success? We’re seeking a talented Systems Developer & IT Specialist who can plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems to support our organization’s core functions and processes. If you're passionate about maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing systems, while also pushing the boundaries of IT solutions, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, document, and implement system enhancements and new applications throughout the production life cycle.
Research and modify software specifications, ensuring they meet the needs of a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize IT investments and improve business processes.
Troubleshoot issues, provide support, and implement upgrades to keep systems efficient and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions.
Extensive expertise (5+ years) in Infor Syteline technical development & admin areas.
Deep understanding of Infor Syteline functional areas with hands-on experience.
Solid grasp of industrial manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in ERP programming languages, network operating systems, and network hardware.
Experienced in utilizing reporting tools for data integration, analysis, and generating end-user reports.
Familiarity with core software applications and ERP business systems.
