Manufacturing Operations Support

A leading technology company is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Support. The successful candidate will support the heat-treating operation, undergoing on-the-job training to master both manual and automated processes. This role involves handling parts through various operations, including visual inspections and assembly under a microscope, requiring manual dexterity and fine motor control for success. The ideal candidate will be able to r ead and interpret Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) specifications to ensure parts meet required design tolerances and standards. Manufacturing Operations Support Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $24/hr
  • Worksite: Electronics Testing and Measurement Company (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688 - Onsite)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment

Manufacturing Operations Support Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing parts through both manual and automated operations in the heat-treating process, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Conduct detailed visual inspections of parts to identify defects or inconsistencies and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform part assembly and detailed inspections under a microscope.
  • Read and interpret Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) specifications to ensure parts meet required design tolerances and standards.
  • Record inspection results, processing activities, and other relevant data in compliance with internal standards and quality control systems.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies or issues.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless workflow, quality control.

Manufacturing Operations Support Qualifications:

  • High School diploma.
  • Ability to read and converse in English.
  • Experience interpreting specifications including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Experience with high-volume parts inspection/handling.
  • Experience working with microscopic inspection.
  • Experience with part deburring, cleaning, and handling.
  • Manual dexterity.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
  • Maintain attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Manufacturing Operations Support Shift:

  • 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
