Senneca Holdings is hiring: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician in Salt Lake Ci

We are searching for an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations at the Irving, TX facility. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PLC systems, 3-phase electrical systems, and mechanical maintenance. This role is focused solely on manufacturing equipment—not building maintenance.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform all tasks in a safe manner, adhering to the organization’s safety protocols.
• Execute Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance according to site specifications.
• Record maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) as required.
• Support production by maintaining and repairing equipment, optimizing uptime, yield, and throughput.
• Assist in the electrical, mechanical, and control system installation for new manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair 3-phase electrical systems, as well as equipment controlled by PLCs.
• Ensure all work is done efficiently in a manufacturing-only environment, with a focus on ZR Shonda manufacturing systems (no building maintenance).
• Pass pre-employment screenings, including drug testing, physical ability tests, and background checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in PLC systems, with a focus on Rockwell Logix Maintainer or similar industrial controllers (no microelectronics involved).
• Strong knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot and repair these systems.
• Ability to read and interpret motor control logic schematics, electrical diagrams, and pneumatic/hydraulic schematics.
• Experience with robotic controls and mechanical repairs preferred.
• Ability to use computers for tasks like CMMS data entry.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Desired Qualifications:

• A 2-year technical degree in Electrical Controls, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing-only environment, with a focus on manufacturing equipment maintenance.
