Learn more here: Global Diversity and Inclusion.This position is in Marietta, GA Discover Marietta.Basic Qualifications•STEM bachelor's degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, etc.)•Experience resolving engineering, production, tooling &/or assembly issues.•Aircraft structural assembly and technical requirements experience•Experience reading engineering blueprintsDesired skills•Manufacturing Engineering Experience or Support Roles (IE, QE, MRB) on F-35 Joint Strike Fighter or similar military fighter jets.•Problem Solving Skills -Demonstrated ability to drive closure and resolve complex, large-scale technical issues/challenges Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification•Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with internal and cross functional teams; Production Operations, Quality, Design Engineering, Supply Chain.•AutoCAD or Catia V5 experience.•Experience with additive manufacturing (e.g. 3D printing etc.)•Understanding of engineering fundamentals for mechanical design and manufacturing including working knowledge of GD&T.•Ability to work well in a diverse team environment.•Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)EEOLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.National Pay StatementPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $78,500 - $150,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
