Insight Global is hiring: Manufacturing Process Engineer in San Diego

A client of insight global is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer. The Process Engineer will optimize manufacturing process, set up product flows, determine the materials, labor, outside vendor requirements, and equipment necessary for production. Additionally, the Process Engineer works closely with the engineering, quality, and planning to ensure that production processes are optimized for efficiency and quality. Client capabilities include CNC Milling (5-axis, 4-axis, and 3-axis), CNC Turning, EDM, assembly, and hand finishing operations.

Compensation:

$66,000 to $90,000 per year annual salary.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

Must haves:

3+ years of experience working on manufacturing projects
Previous experience in a machining or fabrication environment.
Previous experience utilizing ERP system to generate product routings and costing.
Ability to read and review engineering drawings or blueprints.
Previous experience creating process flows or routes for a manufacturing process.
