Position Summary
We're seeking a proactive Process Engineer to drive process improvements and lead capital projects in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This hands-on role involves identifying, recommending, and implementing improvements to production processes, methods, and controls. Essential Functions
- Optimize Production Efficiency: Develop and implement process specifications and operator procedures to enhance manufacturing equipment flow-through, establish best practices, and improve overall productivity.
- Innovate & Improve: Identify opportunities to refine products, reduce costs, and elevate quality standards through hands-on knowledge of fabrication, tooling, and production equipment.
- Implement New Methods: Drive continuous improvement by incorporating new processes and methods that support efficient, high-quality production.
- Troubleshoot Challenges: Proactively address and resolve product issues related to design, materials, or production processes.
- Train & Develop Team: Equip team members with the knowledge and skills to execute methods and processes effectively.
- Document & Report: Accurately record all data, maintain reports, and provide clear insights into project scope and improvements.

Skills & Experience Required
- Process Engineering Expertise: 6+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, with proven success in taking processes from startup to full production.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of engineering principles, technology applications, and production equipment to deliver high-quality results.
- Adaptability in Cross-Functional Teams: Skilled in working with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
- Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within an organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & ERP Systems: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP, Visual).
