Manufacturing Technician - Cassette Job at BioFire Diagnostics in Philadelphia

Primary Duties

1. Manufacture and assemble Commercial Products, specifically focused on Veriflow cassette assembly

2. Use of automation to perform raw material processing and production operations

3. Bring equipment facilities issues to the attention of the Supervisor for resolution

4. Comply with safety requirements, cGMP, SOP and manufacturing documentation

5. Prepare, fill, label and package solutions for the production and distribution

6. Execution of critical and routine and non-routine production operations

7. Record data and update inventory into database

8. Clean production equipment or work areas.

9. Assist Management in verification and validation of manufacturing equipment

10. Assist Management in implementation of production processes

Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualification:

High School Diploma mandatory

Associates or BS Degree in a science or engineering field desirable

2 years experience in a cGMP packaging environment, or equivalent desireable
