KX Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to assist the Quality Team in projects and tasks associated with Quality and Manufacturing processes of our water filtration products. The intern will work on projects designed to help gain real-world, hands-on experience working independently and reporting to the Quality Director and/or Quality Engineer.

- Validate Production "Work Instructions (WI)" on designated Production Lines
- Accuracy (update with any pertinent changes) - observe builds
- Verify Revision Control on all WI
- Verify Training Records
- SCRAP - identify / establish daily Scrap metric
- Control Plans - validate control plans versus WI
- Recurring Testing Database
- Establish a clear / concise database with all recurring testing (weekly, monthly, yearly) for active Production Lines
- Materials Database
- Work with Materials Engineering on project for QA testing
- Assist the Quality Team as required

Technical Skill Requirements
- Strong written communications skills and ability to produce and update technical documentation
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft suite
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Education Requirement:
- Currently enrolled in a BS Engineering program with two or more years completed
