Position: Manufacturing Production Associate
Hours: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Starting Pay: 1st Shift: $16.00/HR | 2nd Shift: $18.00/HR
Classification: Hourly
Paid: Weekly
Overtime: Available upon request
Reports to: Department Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment along the production line to maintain workflow.
- Pull and prepare parts for jobs.
- Fill in for absent team members when required.
- Work overtime when necessary to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to use various measuring devices.
- Capacity to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment.
- Strong attendance record.
- Previous production experience is a plus.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
Physical/Mental Requirements:
- Full body mobility and good eyesight.
- Strong hand-eye coordination.
- Constant alertness and attention to detail.
- Tolerance for exposure to some odors.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
