Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree is required
• Previous experience in Heavy Print Manufacturing
• Previous experience in a Director or Higher Management Role
• Previous experience in Commercial Printing, Bindery, and Finishing Processes
• ERP System experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• ISO Certification experience
• High sense of urgency and strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
• Proven ability to manage labor, materials, and department budgets effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Excellent people management skills and an exemplary work ethic

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of departments including Pre-Press, Sheetfed Lithography, Digital Printing, Finishing, Bindery, Assembly, Mailing, Buyout, and Shipping
• Collaborate with the Scheduling team to develop and implement precise daily production schedules that align with overall plant commitments
• Lead the creation and implementation of training and development programs for the production team
• Provide clear objectives, tools, and resources to support employees, and regularly review performance for continuous improvement
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives through process enhancements, KPIs, TPMs (Total Productive Manufacturing), and improved quality systems
• Develop and manage a comprehensive Equipment Preventive Maintenance Program
• Champion and participate in company-wide Safety and LEAN programs, aiming to improve safety records through audits and better housekeeping
• Enhance the customer experience by ensuring product quality, reducing costs, and exceeding expectations
• Work closely with Project Management and Sales teams to provide job updates and manage scheduling
• Develop and track KPIs for all areas of responsibility and report progress to leadership
