Sheet Metal Assembler

Are you a skilled and detail-oriented individual with a passion for precision engineering? We are seeking a motivated Sheet Metal Assembler to join our dynamic team in Jefferson City, MO. As a Sheet Metal Assembler, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and assembling metal sheets, utilizing your expertise in positioning and operating rivet machines to bring our products to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Position sheet metal pieces accurately according to provided instructions and blueprints.

Operate rivet machines efficiently to assemble metal sheets into finished products with precision.

Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain a smooth and efficient production process.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.

Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues promptly to supervisors.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sheet metal assembly and operating rivet machines is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong aptitude for the role.

Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain high levels of precision and accuracy in assembly work.

Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and address any production challenges.

Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and handle moderately heavy materials.

Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting production targets within deadlines.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Jefferson City, MO.
