Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations and improve manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality. Responsibilities include process design and improvement, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop and implement process documentation, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Support the design and setup of new production lines or equipment.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to resolve technical issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production problems.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment (2-5 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and problem-solving techniques.
• Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing tools.
