Opportunities to move up!As the Manufacturing Engineer, your daily goals will be:Troubleshooting, tooling and systems designSupport process development and productionEliminate equipment and tooling downtime and scrap reductionCreate and maintain process flow, PFMEA and line balancingPerform cell layout enhancementsDevelop FMEAs and flow charts.To succeed as a Manufacturing Engineer, youll need experience with:Strong experience with PLCsSmall Project managementCycle time, yields and costsSPC, GD&T as well as Auto CadLayout of plant and equipmentMROContinuous Improvement processes, scrap reductionsAutomotive processes such as TS 16949, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Lean, etc.Minimum requirements for this Automotive Manufacturing Engineer:Bachelor's degree in engineeringAt least 3 years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experienceExperience in the automotive industryExperience with TS 16949, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, etc.Excellent communication skills.
