The ideal candidate should be a seasoned engineer at the staff level, possessing extensive experience collaborating with prominent original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) . The role demands an individual capable of meeting rapid timelines, as we aim to fill this position within a month.Key ResponsibilitiesSpearhead the general assembly and development of 3 to 4 manufacturing plants.Collaborate with major OEMs to incorporate industry best practices into manufacturing processes.Apply automotive manufacturing expertise to optimize plant efficiency and product quality.Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement strategies for cost reduction.Ensure timely completion of all projects while maintaining the highest standards.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and objectives.QualificationsMaster's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Proven track record as a Manufacturing Engineer, with a minimum of 5 years in a staff-level engineering role within the automotive industry.Demonstrated experience in the construction and general assembly of manufacturing plants.Previous involvement with leading automotive OEMs is highly advantageous.Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes and adherence to industry standards.Strong project management skills with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.The first interview will take place in our headquarters in Boulogne Billancourt.
