We are looking for a Software Manufacturing Test Engineer. This engineer will be helping to make the next generation of a manufacturing systems test for an electro-mechanical medical device. The current system is set up in C# .NET on a PC. They are adjusting the current system or develop a new system to perform tests. This person should have a strong background in developing test systems that are used to test electronic systems in a manufacturing environment. There are limited internal employees to assist with this, so the engineer that will be hired needs to be self sufficient for the most part.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in test engineering, particularly in the specification and definition of test fixtures.

Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and test methodologies.

Proficiency with test equipment and tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.

Experience with automated test systems and software

Proficiency in automating manufacturing calibrations and trims of devices under test.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

BSEE or similar

5+ years developing electronic test systems for manufacturing environment / manufacturing floor

Experience writing automated tests in C#/C++ or Python
