3 must haves:

Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen and a Fit for Duty Evaluation will be required prior to reporting and annually which include: Pulmonary Function Test for wearing a respirator, audiogram baseline for wearing hearing protection, physical exam.

Previous experience in Manufacturing, Gas and Oil, Chemical Technician, Industrial Mechanics, Production Technician, Bio-Tech, Automotive and Mechanics, Waste and Wastewater Treatment, Power Plant, or Refinery this could be a great fit for you OR recently retired/discharged from military

Forklift experience or certification is preferred

This position involves other responsibilities, please see below:

Inventory management, offloading chemical storage, chemical deliveries, lifting materials, chemical and gas movement. Forklift experience (certification is preferred), pallet jack.

*****Barcode experience is a plus!

The individual will be responsible for supporting and leading the technical demands of the site gas or chemical equipment. They will ensure compliance with operation and maintenance procedures, emergency preparedness, and drive flawless execution.

A subject matter expert for gas, chemical, and slurry equipment, providing technical support and problem resolution. The individuals will be a part of the onsite Project and equipment team and will support the gas and chemical operations in 11 buildings throughout Santa Clara and Sunnyvale.

The Technician will support and lead the technical challenges for over 2000 pieces of distribution equipment of various types and vendors.

You will ensure compliance when writing, editing, and executing operating and maintenance procedures and drive a ZERO safety or quality incident culture. A subject matter expert for gas, chemical, or slurry equipment, providing technical support and problem resolution.

The individual will also be involved in project and sustaining operations, Basic Safety Processes, quality management, preventative maintenance, and training. They will support the installation, decommissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of all EMD Electronics Gas Systems, Applied Energy Systems gas systems, Fuji liquid delivery systems, Air Liquide Gas, and Chemical systems. The individual must be capable of performing cylinder and drum changes on all chemical and gas systems and perform complex troubleshooting and problem resolution for all equipment.

Must demonstrate quality and comprehensive knowledge of gas or chemical applications in wafer fabrication and emergency response.

Inexperienced and experienced will undergo comprehensive OJT and technical training and qualification programs. 5 levels of technicians offer a fast-paced promotion track. This is a career opportunity in a growing industry.
