- System Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with department managers and stakeholders to understand and document business needs, identify gaps, and recommend system improvements or upgrades.
- ERP Configuration & Maintenance: Configure and customize ERP modules to support business functions. Manage system updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
- Project Leadership and Implementation: Lead ERP-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards. Analyze data to support business decisions and provide insights into key performance metrics.
- User Training & Support: Develop materials and conduct end-user training sessions. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system users.
- System Security & Compliance: Ensure ERP system security and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. Implement best practices for data security and privacy.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strongly preferred Technical Skills: AS400 administration, Infor XA 9.2, IDF/Power-Link, RPG & CL programming, NGS IQ queries, Query/400, XML, Infor OS/ION Desk, Loftware/NiceLabel, Label Matrix, Varsity shipping, Paperless MES system, SQL, Infor Birst.
- 5+ years of experience as an ERP Systems Analyst or in a similar role, preferably with Infor XA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management experience and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications: ERP certification is a plus (Infor XA/Birst/IDF). Experience in supporting day-to-day stakeholder requirements. Manufacturing process support. Familiarity with system integration, middleware, and API connections.
