We also have great PTO & other benefits Job DescriptionOur associates are responsible for performing a variety of duties, depending on their assigned department and lab needs. Production Lab Techs help expedite job orders throughout the manufacturing process in a timely and efficient manner in order to serve our customers. A Lead Tech is responsible for processing orders through the department and ensuring jobs move smoothly to correct areas within the lab. Duties include:Lead associates by ensuring they stay on task and are in the proper place for optimal workflowTrain new associates according to the department's Supervisor and work with the Supervisor to review, monitor and improve performance and environment in the departmentExpertly conducting routine work within the departmentAssisting Supervisor as needed with reports, monitoring work flow, key production metrics, staging and overall department operation to efficiently process job ordersQualificationsNo specific education level required.Must be able to read and write English.REQUIRES AT LEAST ONE (1) YEAR direct or related experience.Additional InformationTaking Care of our PeopleNational Vision offers a competitive benefits package.
