Title: Corporate Sales Manager
Location: New Berlin, WI (On-Site)
Salary: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a proven ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage the sales process while fostering strong relationships with clients. Must have sales B2B experience in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead and manage the inside & outside sales teams to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing coaching and support to enhance their skills.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for senior management on performance against targets.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or technical sales within a relevant industry.
- Strong account management skills with the ability to foster long-term client relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance and manage leads.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
