All Staffing Warehousing is looking for a Production Manager for a client located in Trevose, PA. This is a Temp to Hire position, Full Time, Monday through Friday position. Candidate resumes will be reviewed and those that qualify will be invited for an in-person interview at our office in Bensalem, PA. The job responsibilities are as listed:

- Leading, supervising, and coordinating efficient work in production and warehouse.

- Planning and coordinating recruitment, promotions, training, and motivating employees in production.

- Organizing and leading operational meetings in production.

- Reporting and preparing monthly and annual reports for company management.

- Planning, coordinating, and monitoring costs in production.

- Planning and coordinating improvements in production processes.

- Leading and coordinating activities for the industrialization of new products.

- Procuring materials for ongoing maintenance of machinery and equipment.

- Organizing maintenance work on facilities and mechanical equipment.

- Organizing and coordinating safety inspections and reports.

- Coordinating work with subcontractors.

- Evaluating the performance of subordinate supervisors.

The candidate requirements are:

- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.

- Active knowledge of English and Spanish.

- Ability to lead and work in teams.

- Technological knowledge.

- Proficiency in computer skills.

- Desired experience with ERP programs.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions.

- Motivation to achieve and meet KPIs.

Again this is a Temp to Hire position. Candidate will be under contract with the staffing agency until the hours of the contract have been filed.
