Job Description

Cardinal Staffing is looking for Material Handler Associates for a new distribution warehouse in Whitehouse, OH.

Material Handler Associates have overall responsibility for loading and unloading material within the warehouse or storage facility. All Material Handler Associates must operate all warehouse equipment in a safe manner. Material Handlers utilize hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, and/or other handling equipment to move material to and from vans, trucks, and containers within the storage facility. In addition, Material Handler Associates possess a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of supervisory personnel in the functional area.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm. Could be overtime during the week and on Sundays.

Pay: $17-18 based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Warehouse Lead, this position will have general knowledge of auditing, loading, picking, packing, receiving, and replenishment functions.
Operate forklift or pallet jack.
Use wireless RF scanner to ensure accuracy of inventory.
Maintain 5S standards at all times.
Adhere to quality and customer service standards.
Other duties as assigned.
