Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team at Thrive
3PL. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient
operation of our warehouse facilities. From receiving and storing inventory to fulfilling orders and
maintaining a clean workspace, you'll be an integral part of our team's success.
Mon - Fri
7am - 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against packing lists or purchase
orders.
- Unload, unpack, and stock inventory items in designated storage areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to client specifications.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and
ensure proper documentation.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely
and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for
you and your colleagues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a
plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification) is desirable but not mandatory.
