Responsibilities:

• Maintain corporate general ledger including fixed asset accounting
• Manage month-end journal entries and GL Accounting
• Perform bank and balance sheet and corporate account reconciliations
• Prepare and submit month/quarter/year-end analyses
• Assist with external audit and corporate tax preparation and filings
• Assist with preparation of corporate financial statements by monthly fixed deadlines
• Improve and maintain internal controls and processes
• Provide support for ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with min 3.0 cumulative GPA
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Effective with multi-shifting priorities in fast paced environment
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office programs and great technical skills
• Must be able to pass National Criminal Background check and drug screen
