Bond Consultants Group is hiring: Warehouse Coordinator - No Experience Required

Bond Consultants is a dynamic firm which provides professional employment services to many people with different backgrounds and skills. One of our clients, a manufacturing plant, is looking for a Logistics Specialist. This position is temp to hire (3-4 months’ contract before hiring), with wage of $20-23/hour based on experience. The position becomes exempt upon hiring.

Responsibilities:

Warehousing (75%):

• Prepare Shipping/Receiving paperwork

• Unloading/Loading of materials and products via forklift

• Inspection of inbound and outbound shipments for damage/risk.

• Product identification, labeling, and organizing and storage.

• Preparing FTL/LTL and small package shipments.

Administrative (25%):

• Data entry into company systems.

• Document and file distribution among internal departments and staff.

• Internal communications in writing, verbally, and electronically.

• Maintain logs for all shipments.

• Document filing and organization for shipments.

• Identify and process all non-conforming material.

• Damage and spillage reports, along with potential discarding of product.

Other:

• Follow GMP and Food Safety protocols, reporting issues to supervisor.

• Other miscellaneous departmental tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required

• Computer skills required.

• Forklift experience preferred

• Related warehousing or administrative experience a plus.

• Knowledge/experience with INCO Terms, GMP and HACCP a plus
