Clocktower Staffing is hiring: Recruiter in Boston

A retail company in the Back Bay area of Boston looking to hire a Recruiter on a permanent basis.

The person in this position will focus on filling high-volume positions (10+ roles each week) as well as some other HR work when needed (onboarding, administration, etc.)

This in an on-site position! Local candidates only please.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
• Some exposure to HR work outside of recruiting
