We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional, experienced administrative assistant with training in a wide range of office administration tasks. The administrative assistant can work under pressure and collaborate with a team. The administrative assistant works closely with EUV leadership and is responsible for providing administrative support of all EUV system projects in North America, to include but not limited to payroll, expense reporting, planning, hospitality, badging, general facility management. This position reports to Head of Project Coordination USA and is in Phoenix, AZ.

The administrative assistant can work under pressure and collaborate with a team. The administrative assistant works closely with EUV leadership and is responsible for providing administrative support of all EUV system projects in North America, to include but not limited to payroll, expense reporting, planning, hospitality, badging, general facility management. This position reports to Head of Project Coordination USA and is in Phoenix, AZ.
Administrative Assistant Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with employee timecards using ADP
- Review employee expense reports using CERTIFY
- Special projects, which includes extensive utilization of MS office suite
- Collaborate with coworkers to rectify issues, e.g. assist in opening IT tickets, company directory questions, etc.
- General planning support
- Installation scheduling changes in scheduling dashboard
- Document filings / uploads
- Special / team event planning
- Support with schedule and dispatching service missions using proprietary software
- Tracking of training statuses, badging procurement, and expiration in collaboration with EHS and management
- Enter purchase orders and sales orders in SAP
- Assist with onboarding and orientation checklist
- Assist Training department if needed with training material production and assembly, filing, etc.
- Take meeting minutes and send out follow up communications via email or another electronic written format
Travel
- Up to 10% Travel
Education & Experience
- Two-year Associates Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent combination of training and experience
- 1-3 years previous experience in office administration
- 1- 2 years SAP experience required
- 1 year ADP experience preferred
- CERTIFY experience preferred
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational, multitasking and time management skills
- Microsoft Office; Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, and operating office equipment experience
