Job Description
Administrative Assistant
Location: Arlington, TX
Hours: Monday-Friday 7 AM – 4 PM
Pay range: $20 - $23 per hour
A tenured company in the DFW area is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify shipments, inspect equipment, and maintain accurate stock and equipment records
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure the accuracy of records
- Oversee general office operations, including greeting guests, handling calls, and managing office supplies
- Coordinate new employee setups and equipment assignments, including paperwork and compliance with I-9 documentation
- Support facility and fleet management, coordinating building maintenance, vehicle inspections, and employee events
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven administrative assistant experience
- Associate’s degree is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and a vehicle in good working condition
