Command International Security Services is seeking reliable and proactive bouncer type Security Guards to help ensure the safety and security of our clients' premises. Must have a VALID SECURITY LICENSE This position is based in Baytown, Texas.


Position: Bouncer Type Security Guard

Location: Baytown, Texas.

Starting Rate: $14.00

What You'll Do:

• Conduct regular patrols around store when asked and stand posted in assigned areas to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible security presence ensuring no theft it occuring. This is a standing post you must be able to stand up straight your entire shift.
• Answering all Walkie Talkie Calls and work alongside AP.
• Collaborate with on-site personnel to address security concerns and provide assistance as needed.
• Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, and take appropriate action to resolve situations while adhering to company protocols.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and activities during your shift.
• Act as a point of contact for visitors, employees, and contractors, assisting with directions and information as required.

Requirements:

• Bouncer Type
• Valid Security Guard License. Do not apply if you don't have a valid security license.
• Must have at least 8YRS experience.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using technology, including CCTV systems and communication devices.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Reliable transportation
