We are currently looking for a dedicated, energetic CSR to join our growing team!

The Customer Service Representative will answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service. Contact existing customers for the purpose of scheduling service maintenance appointments or sales appointments for Sales Consultants. Data entry on incoming work orders and administrative tasks as assigned.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Pay Scale: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with some overtime

Qualifications / Skills:

• 2+ years customer service experience
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor
• Professional telephone skills
• Experience operating a multi-line phone system
• Advanced customer service skills
• Microsoft Office Suite experience
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and technicians
• CRM data base experience
• Type 40 + WPM with accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Pass background check and drug screen
