Hybrid working model; WFH 2 days, In-office 3 days Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager: Manage accounting operations for company and oversee the accounting close process and preparation of monthly financial statements Manage a team of 2-3 and be passionate about their development and growth Liaise with auditors and support the annual financial statement audit process Ensure timely and accurate completion of annual Audit Design and implement internal controls and accounting policies Develop and support a strong financial control environment that mitigates risk and enhances accuracy of financial reporting Evaluate and optimize processes to prevent fraud and errors, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Qualifications & Experience needed for the Accounting Manager: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 6+ years of accounting experience and 2+ years of prior Supervisor experience Strong knowledge of GAAP Accounting standards Proficiency in larger ERP system, SAP or OneStream preferred High attention to detail, high sense of urgency, strong communicator (responsiveness) Data Visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc., #LI-AB2 #Hybrid #LI-Hybrid #Plano #Addison #Frisco #DFW #NorthDallas #Dallas #Texasjob #accounting Id: EB-3229022248
