Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Accounting and Financial Analyst will be responsible for Connexall USA’s accounting operations, payroll, and benefits. The successful candidate will ensure the company is compliant with local and national financial regulations and will prepare financial reports and statements for management. They will assist with audits, the budgeting process, and reconciling accounts. Being a satellite office, besides the accounting responsibility, the Senior Accounting and Financial Analyst will be responsible for any administration needed.

Primary Responsibilities

·         Full Accounting Responsibilities: (Trial Balance, Income Statement, Balance Sheet) & Month End Closing.

·         Manage Benefit Plan for US employees.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
  • CPA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in relevant position.

·         Knowledge of accounting processes and advanced mathematical skills required.

·         Excellent knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., GAAP).

  • Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and other finance and accounting applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of state/federal tax and HR laws and regulations.

·         Knowledge of state and federal tax form processes and how to accurately prepare forms for each.

·         Thorough understanding of financial application security ensuring that all financial data is secure and complies with confidentiality policies.

·         Ability to translate financial data into digestible reports and budgets for review by management.

·         Organized with the ability to take initiative and multitask.

·         Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

·         Trustworthy; experience working with confidential and sensitive information.
