Executive Assistant

Rate: 27 - 32/hr w2


Hybrid: 3x a week in McLean, VA or Richmond, VA and remote 2x a week


Overview:

This executive assistant will be responsible for managing calendars for managers, prioritizing schedules, scheduling conference rooms, catering, audio, and video, coordinating travel for executives, creating expense reports, driving team activities and events, scheduling all-hands team meetings, ordering supplies, coordinating social events, building relationships, general admin duties, and promoting a fun workplace.

You will primarily use G-Suite and internal tools – G-Suite is required but training for internal tools will be provided.


Skills

  • Flexibility, problem-solving, business communications, written and verbal communication
  • 5+ years as an Executive Assistant
  • 3+ years of calendar management working with multiple calendars/schedules
  • 3+ years of event planning
  • G-Suite
  • Previous experience in an enterprise environment
  • Calendar management is the top priority
