Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate complex schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive administrative team and internal/external stakeholders, managing and prioritizing communication effectively.
  • Organize and prepare meeting materials including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
  • Manage detailed travel itineraries and accommodations, ensuring smooth logistics for domestic and international trips.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle expense reporting, budgeting, and reimbursement processes promptly.
  • Assist in the planning of special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Provide personal support on an as-needed basis.
  • Maintain a well-organized office environment, including ordering supplies, managing files, and ensuring the proper functioning of office equipment.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of experience.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Solid analytical and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Strong technology skills (intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred)
