Mount Carmel Guild Behavioral Health System, a CARF accredited division of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark, is a leading provider of mental health and addiction services in Northern New Jersey.

We are currently seeking a Per Diem Driver for our MCG Substance Use department in Cranford, NJ.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide safe and reliable transportation for cleints participating in the Partial Care Day Program , responsible for transporting clients to and from the program facility in a timely and secure manner , ensure compliance with all traffic laws , safety regulations and program policies, conduct pre and post trip inspection of the vehicle,maintain accurate transportation logs and incident reports, maintain cleanliness of the vehicle

SCHEDULE:

  • TBD 2:30pm - 8:30pm

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position requires a valid N.J. commercial driver’s license (CDL) of at least a class C, with an excellent driving record

Experience as a driver in a social services position and High School Diploma/GED are preferred but not required.
