Millennium Corporation is hiring an Integrated Master Scheduler III to work in Quantico, VA. All candidates MUST have an active Secret Clearance to qualify for consideration.

The candidate shall execute the following tasks to include, but are not limited to:

  • Integrate all Contract IMSs (where applicable) into the Program IMS, and then shall establish and maintain an electronic schedule baseline IAW each Programs Integrated schedule.
  • Provide analytical support to develop and maintain multiple IMPs and IMSs simultaneously for an ACAT Level I - III program of record.
  • Provide current schedule activity information related to the Assault Amphibious Vehicle (AAV) and Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver the following: a quarterly Schedule Risk Assessment, a monthly critical path and analysis, and monthly schedule metrics.
  • Prepare and update an IMS Narrative Report and analysis for the Contract and Program IMS.
  • Utilize the approved AAV and ACV IMP and IMS to determine program or schedule risks, develop alternative solutions, and provide a recommended path forward to resolve programmatic issues and/or concerns.
  • Translate schedule data into meaningful reports that identify and recommend alternative approaches to resolve areas of concern, not limited to schedule narratives, risk assessments, critical path and gap analyses, and metrics.
  • Develop program documentation and briefings to the customer (Civilian and/or Military) and able to coordinate the review/approval process.

  • Candidates MUST have an active Secret Clearance to qualify for consideration.
  • Bachelors in business administration, engineering, or a related field, years of experience may be substituted for degree.
  • Six or more years experience in project scheduling.
  • Proficient experience with MS Project.
  • Experience in coordinating with Government and Contractor personnel to gather information (programmatic and contractual) and compile the data into a complex electronic schedule using Microsoft Office and Project.
  • Experience in interacting with the customer, interprets their needs and requirements, and represents them in the respective IMP/IMS.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large and diverse teams in support of multi-disciplined projects.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.


  • Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
