Location: Greensboro, NC
Duration: 12 month contract
Compensation: $50-55/hour W2

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will participate in activities such as gathering stakeholder requirements, conducting end-user research, defining processes, performing pre-studies, and handling modeling and design to identify optimal solutions. You will also manage requirements for both business and technical solutions, as well as oversee backlog items. This role requires developing a thorough understanding of our business objectives and stakeholder needs while collaborating across various local and global processes, services, and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-user research and evaluations to ensure prototypes or solutions meet key user needs.
- Develop prototypes tailored to address user goals and requirements.
- Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood by both business stakeholders and IT teams, supporting application development.
- Document requirements in Jira, manage backlog items, and facilitate scrum ceremonies.
- Assist the Test Lead in organizing and leading User Acceptance Demos and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
- Help prioritize project scope based on user needs and business value.
- Establish communication channels to ensure all stakeholders understand the solution's target users and their needs.
- Support alignment with global processes and consistent application use.
- Recommend improvements to enhance software efficiency and reduce operational or maintenance costs.
- Continuously seek to improve existing workflows and processes.
- Facilitate workshops at both local and global levels.
- Lead business change initiatives to drive organizational improvements.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solutions Engineer working in an Agile environment
- Experience in roadmap planning and elicitation techniques
- Excellent documentation skills
- Experience in application data modeling, activity diagrams is beneficial
- Experience using Confluence and Jira a must
- CCBA, CBAP certification is a plus
